- Simulation Overview: In this simulation, your Director of Marketing is being promoted and the Marketing Manager has been chosen to fill the vacant Director of
Marketing position. You are meeting with them and the Director of Human Resources to discuss the perceived effects the change will have on the department and its employees.

a way to get the employees to commit to the strategy.
