Detect morale-building motivators for individual employees. Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will meet with Marcus D'Angelo and Nancy
Hurst, two Software Marketing Department Supervisors. You need to coach them to work more effectively with employees from other departments within their division. To do this,
you will need to establish relationships with the employees, effectively communicate expectations and feedback to them, and determine what motivates them in order to build their morale.
