  • Analyze a situation properly.
  • Generate options using a variety of techniques.
  • Select the best option for the situation.
  • Implement the option successfully.
  • Simulation Overview: You will be meeting with a team of managers and employees to address a shake-up in the market. One of your competitors, Westport Industries, has cut its prices for a similar product model by 15%. This impromptu meeting was called to decide how the company should respond to this change. It is your responsibility to manage the meeting and control the flow of discussion.
