Dealing With Difficult Employees
Most managers spend too much of their time managing a
few difficult employees, keeping them from focusing their energies on getting the best possible performance out of their good employees. The greatest impact on your operation
will come from developing and motivating your good employees. However, ignoring problem employees is not the answer.
By the end of this course you will know how to avoid hiring problem employees, recognize different types of problem employees, use discipline and discharge appropriately,
undertake performance evaluations/coaching, and apply what you've learned on the job.
