Through your questions, you will learn the definition of diversity, common misconceptions about diversity, the approaches used to address diversity, and the advantages of maintaining a diverse workforce.

  • Understand how cultural differences impact relationships.
  • Identify your personality style.
  • Realize how your personality influences others.
  • Simulation Overview:

In addition, you will discuss the four major personality styles that individuals adopt and learn which style most closely reflects your personality.
