learn the definition of diversity, common misconceptions about diversity, the approaches used to address diversity, and the advantages of maintaining a diverse workforce.

- Realize how your personality influences others.
- Simulation Overview:
- In this simulation you will be meeting with Ann Logan, Icon International's Assistant General Counsel, to discuss the definition of culture and you will learn about prominent
cultural differences. In addition, you will discuss the four major personality styles that individuals adopt and learn which style most closely reflects your personality.
