  • Follow the process for providing positive feedback.
  • Follow the process for providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitor an individual's performance.
  • Document the feedback you provide.
  • Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will be meeting with several of your employees to discuss their recent job performances. You need to effectively explain issues to these employees while focusing them on their tasks.

Unit 3: Delivering Feedback Effectively

  • Begin a feedback session properly.
  • Communicate effectively when giving feedback.

  • Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will be meeting with the group managers of different product lines. The problems relate to confusion about who is supposed to be completing specific tasks, as well as the withholding of information.
