questions, you will learn how to measure productivity, the two factors that influence productivity, and ways to maintain a productive workforce.
Unit 2: Identifying Ways to Improve Productivity Duration: 0.5 - 1 Hour(s)
- Ask six questions that will help you identify ways to improve productivity.
- List the three ways that a job process can be improved.
- Follow the five guidelines that will help you conduct effective brainstorming sessions.
- Take the appropriate steps after identifying a strategy for improving productivity.
- Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will meet with Eric Pullman, Icon's Customer Service Manager, and Julie Edwards and David Williamson, two of Icon's
Customer Service Representatives. The purpose of this meeting is to address the recent decline in Icon's customer service ratings. As the Associate Vice President
of Products and Services, it is your responsibility to help this team resolve any issues that are impeding their productivity.
