will interact with a variety of individuals. By using the knowledge you have gained, you control the outcome of each simulation.
Unit 2: The Communication Process Duration: 0.5 - 1 Hour(s)
- Understand how the receiver influences the phrasing of a message.
- Identify the various kinds of receivers.
- Distinguish between the different kinds of communication channels.
- Choose an effective channel based on network structures.
- Respond effectively to receiver feedback.
- Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will be meeting with several of your employees to discuss the fourth quarter promotional package for your division. You
must clear up a miscommunication regarding the correct discount for the Alpha line's products.
