- Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will be meeting with Monica Washington, a newly-hired Account Executive in the Sales Department. You will
need to discuss with her the various responsibilities of her position as they are outlined in her job description and establish a good foundation on which to base her performance plan.

establish a performance plan for Lance while keeping the overall goals of the organization in mind.

- Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will be meeting with Marcus D'Angelo, one of Icon International's senior Account Executives. Marcus recently acquired a
very important account, but it has also come to your attention that Marcus's attitude toward his co-workers has been causing some problems. You will need to
provide both positive and constructive feedback and coach Marcus effectively to improve his performance.
