  • Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will meet with Robin Carlson, one of Icon's Product Managers, to discuss procurement planning and its role in project management. Through your questions, you will learn what skills project managers should employ while engaging in procurement planning, the factors that influence the procurement planning process, and two key results gained from successful procurement planning.
