The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the implementation plan for Icon's video-conferencing network. The three of you need to define the quality level for the implementation, identify problems that could affect the quality, and create solutions to those problems.

Based on a quality circle meeting about Icon's video-conferencing network, Connie has been hired to conduct an audit of Icon's technical support team. You are meeting with her to discuss what items need to be covered in the project quality audit, how the audit will be conducted, and what information will be available in the project audit report.
