- Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will be meeting with Mary Winford, Icon's Vice President of Sales, and Steve Harding, Icon's Vice President of
Marketing. You have asked to meet with them to discuss some concerns you are having with Icon's telecommunications project. You are currently in the process of
planning the project and acquiring the staff that will help you develop the telecommunications network.

telecommunications project. In the past, both Greg and Elizabeth have been adamant about not letting another engineer work with you on this project. You
must negotiate with them to secure the needed staff for your project.
