  • Simulation Overview: In this simulation, you will meet with Carla Jackson, one of Icon's Human Resources Assistants, to discuss working in an alternative office. Carla is interested in working from her home one or more days during the week. She has had an interest in telecommuting for several months, but she has concerns about whether management will support her decision. It is your responsibility to discuss the challenges Carla will face and identify whether she has the skills needed to telecommute effectively.
